On Tuesday, December 14, 2021, a lecture by Prof. Koichi Murashita of the COI at Hirosaki University was held in a hybrid online format. With the participation of researchers and companies participating in the Center, we were able to hear a very meaningful talk about the successful implementation of the Hirosaki University COI in society.
